Mr Wolf came and scared us all today! He told us a story about how he liked to eat children for lunch then chased us all around the class. Let's hope we don't come across the wolf again..

Weekly Notices (Week 6, Term 1)

Bake Sale - Tuesday 8th March

Ara Tuakana are having a cake stall on Tuesday 8th to hopefully raise the balance of the money required to meet the $2000 sponsorship of our first Lifepod for the "Keep little heats beating' campaign in Third World countries.  Sir Ray Avery is talking to our school this Friday at our first school assembly for the year and we hope to hand over to him our first Lifepod sponsorship total for the year. Our aim is one a term!  Thank you for your support!


Whole School Assembly This Friday 11th

Room 1 and 12 will be hosting this assembly. We have a very special guest visitor - Sir Ray Avery visiting us. Everyone is welcome.


Sunhats

Fundraiser

Reminder: There is a bake sale this Tuesday in our school hall at 12pm. Children can bring 50 cents- 2 dollars to go towards a fundraiser and walk away with delicious baking.

Every week, we are lucky to have a sports instructor come to Arahoe and teach year 1 children some fun and active games.
